OUR SIGNATURE SERVICES

BUDDY SYSTEM

You don’t have to go to appointments alone. Our Buddy System connects you with trained volunteers who will sit with you on scan days, result days and chemotherapy, whenever you need. Your Buddy will be a hand to hold, a listening ear and someone to speak with when things feel overwhelming.

They understand what it’s like to face cancer alone, and they are with you so don’t have to be alone.

Our Buddies are people with lived experience, either they’ve been through it themselves or supported a loved one. They know the emotions, the confusion and the strength it takes to show up. We are here to help you feel less alone, more supported and better able to focus on your treatment and healing.

  • A physical person by your side can make a world of difference.

  • Consistent support throughout your journey is vital to your recovery.

  • Sharing your thoughts in a safe group space can help you cope.

  • Knowing you’re not alone helps ease feelings of isolation.

WELLBEING

Your wellbeing matters most. From how you're feeling today to what you need to keep going, we support your whole self - mind, body and soul. Whether you're in treatment or recovery, we are here to walk with you. And if we can’t help directly, we’ll connect you with someone who can, through our trusted partners, support groups or practical services. You’re never just a patient here. You’re a person who deserves care and compassion every step of the way.

We understand how exhausting treatment can be. That’s why we prioritise how you're coping, emotionally and physically. From group check-ins to one-to-one support, we tailor our services to your needs. Together, we create a space where healing feels possible and you're reminded daily that you’re not doing this alone.

  • Mind, body and soul  - we care for the whole you.

  • Take it one day at a time - we’ll walk with you.

  • Having the right information about your cancer diagnosis matters to us.

  • Through partnerships and sister charities, we strengthen the support you receive.

  • You are more than your diagnosis -  your individual needs come first.

  • Every person is assessed and supported with care that’s tailored specifically to them.

WORKSHOPS

Our workshops are designed to support you and those around you. From learning about your diagnosis to nutrition, movement and emotional support, our expert-led sessions give you tools to cope and heal.

Family and friends are welcome too, because they need support just as much as you do. Together, we help everyone involved understand the journey and move forward with strength, hope and clarity.

Workshops are tailored to different stages of cancer, from newly diagnosed to long-term recovery. You’ll meet facilitators who care, learn from others going through similar things and find practical advice to improve your day-to-day life. Whether it’s your first session or your tenth, you’ll always walk away with more knowledge and more strength.

  • Educating the wider cancer community is at the heart of what we do.

  • Reducing isolation for those diagnosed is a key goal.

  • We offer direct support to the families and friends of those affected.

  • Practical tools and resources to help you cope with a diagnosis.

  • We focus on positivity, motivation, empowerment, healthy eating and lifestyle.

EVENTS

We host powerful, community-driven events that raise awareness, bring people together and help fund the support we offer. From awareness talks and motivational interviews to 5K walks, exhibitions and tea mornings - our events uplift, inform and connect.

Whether you're a client, supporter or donor, your presence matters. Together, we are changing lives.

These events don’t just raise funds, they build bonds. They offer laughter, healing, reflection, and empowerment. Each event is created with care and designed to remind you that joy and purpose can still be part of your story. Want to stay updated?
